"Say Cheese" is the fourth episode of season one of Raising Hope and the show's fourth episode overall. It originally aired on October 12, 2010 on Fox.
Synopsis[]
When Sabrina visits Jimmy at home for the first time, she comes across a family photo album that makes Jimmy realize he doesn't have any family photos that include Hope.
Although past family photo shoots have been filled with chaos and stress, Jimmy decides to organize a family photo shoot.

While at the grocery store, Jimmy sees a box of Shrinky Dinks and reminisces with Sabrina about how much he loved to make them as a kid. Since Hope is too young to really use Shrinky Dinks, Sabrina suggests he do them himself and offers to join him.
Jimmy is ecstatic by the fact Sabrina is coming over and before she arrives, he rushes home and kicks out his crazy family.
Later on, Sabrina discovers an album of family portraits of the Chances. Jimmy explains to her how stressed the family would be before the photos, because Virginia was determined that their photo would look like the photos of the rich families in the houses she cleans.
Virginia shows back up at the house to get another pacifier because Hope dropped hers in the fountain at the mall and Burt made a wish on it before she could get it out. Sabrina mentions that they were talking about the family portraits, and Virginia tells her version of what happened before the pictures were taken. Sabrina learns that Jimmy eats his hair when he is stressed out. Much to Jimmy's surprise, Sabrina loves the Chances' craziness.
Through a flashback, we learn the details of the family's latest photo. After Virginia complained about being stressed over having to organize the entire portrait, Jimmy offered to take over for the latest one. He decided to go for a more natural-looking picture, without a theme. Virginia was unhappy with this because she wanted them to be recognizable as a family, so she refused to do the portrait.
Virginia's silent, smoldering fury made for an awkwardly quiet drive back to the house, until Burt turned the radio on, and the song "Do-Wacka-Do" was on. Virginia was not amused, and she and Burt went back and forth turning the radio on and off until she kicked it.
However, Maw Maw started singing the song, Burt and Jimmy joined in until the whole family is singing. As they were singing, Burt ran a red light, so they received the picture of them running the light on a traffic violation.
According to Sabrina, Virginia finally got her perfect picture, because instead of the fake, forced smiles these types of photos usually have, they actually managed to capture a real moment of happiness.
